Texas Primary Results

Governor Abbott will face Beto O’Rourke in the November election for Governor. Lt. Governor Dan Patrick had a considerable lead, and incumbent Attorney General Ken Paxton had a big lead but will face a runoff. There will be a runoff in the Democratic AG race, and the other GOP incumbents running for state office were all re-nominated. Incumbent U.S. Congressman Pat Fallon won the GOP nomination in his race.
