Texas Woman Seeking Abortion For Non-Viable Fetus Leaving The State

The Texas Tribune is reporting The Texas Supreme Court has overturned a lower court order that would have allowed a Dallas woman to get an abortion. The ruling came down hours after Kate Cox’s lawyers announced she was leaving the state to terminate her non-viable pregnancy. Her unborn child suffers from multiple, nearly always fatal, medical problems. Meanwhile, the mother’s condition was deteriorating.
