Atlanta Police executed a raid on a residence and arrested three men, including one who was reportedly hiding from Cass County Deputies on a felony charge. Reportedly, they charged 41-year-old Anthony Lee Upchurch with failure to register as a sex offender as required by law. Two other men were arrested on misdemeanor warrants.
