Titus County Sheriff’s Seeks Fugitive

WANTED: 46-year-old Ramiro Estupinan Saucedo.

Titus County Sheriff’s Office wants 46-year–old Ramiro Estupinan Saucedo for the felony offense of Invasive Visual Recording. The charges stem from an alleged violation that occurred in Titus County around Mid 2019. Upon discovering Saucedo’s activities, the Sheriff’s Office thinks he fled to Mexico, abandoning family, property, and other ties to Titus County.
