He’s made $2 million in Home Run Derby winnings compared to about $1.47 million in career salary from the Mets through the end of this season.

Team USA lost their second consecutive exhibition Monday, this time bested by Australia 91-83 in Las Vegas. Dating to the 2019 World Cup, where they finished seventh, Team USA has lost four of its past five games. They also lost two in a row now to Australia, a team expected to contend for the gold in Japan.

With collegiate student-athletes now empowered to pursue NIL opportunities as of July 1, 2021, A&M-Commerce will provide education and tools for student-athletes to pursue their potential in this new era while remaining compliant with State of Texas law and NCAA guidelines. UPROAR includes a department-wide expansion of TAMUC’s partnership with INFLCR to include INFLCR Verified, a content-delivery, education, and compliance platform for brand-building and NIL monitoring.

At Woodall in Paris this past weekend, Hallsville defeated Palestine in the Dixie Youth AAA (10U) North Zone Division I.

Whitewright edged Delta County, 6-4 in the Dixie Youth AAA (10U) North Zone Division II.

Hallsville over Palestine in the Dixie Youth Ozone (12U) North Zone Division I.

Whitewright crushed Winnsboro,12-2, Dixie Youth Ozone (12U) North Zone Division II.

The winners advance to State Championship Series in Longview Friday and Saturday to face South Zone winners.
