Two Face Mt Pleasant Burglary Charges

Two men have been arrested by Mt. Pleasant police in connection with the recent burglaries of vehicles and buildings. 38 year old Damon Jones of Mount Pleasant was caught breaking into a vehicle in the 700 block of 16th Street. He was charged with burglary and possession of a controlled substance and bonds totaled $14,500. 40 year old Rickie Nathaniel Sampson of Mt. Pleasant was charged with burglary of 2 buildings and one vehicle, and his bonds were set at $12,500.
