UPDATE: Man Charged With Burning Mother’s House

The Hopkins County man arrested on arson charges over the weekend has reportedly admitted to setting fire to his mother’s house on CR 2473. The home had significant damage but there were no injuries. KLTV reports that according to an arrest affidavit, 38-year-old Cody Booker Colley had claimed that he had not been receiving his medication or disability benefits.
