A court sentenced 35-year-old Christopher Robertson of Gilmer to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty to burglary of a habitation and criminal mischief. Prosecutors say Robertson disrupted an Upshur County power station to steal the copper wire from inside and caused a fire. The stiff sentence was because of Robertson’s lengthy criminal history.
