Upshur County Jail
A 38 year old man has been sentenced in Upshur County for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. Brian Lee Stracener changed his plea to guilty just before a jury was to be selected to hear his case and he received 10 years in prison. He allegedly sold methamphetamine to a confidential sheriff’s informant.
