Upshur County Man Guilty Of Exploitation

A federal court sentenced n Upshur County man to nearly 22 years in prison after pleading guilty to sexual exploitation of a child. Court documents show that 41-year-old Michael Parker of Gilmer hid a cellular phone in a bathroom to capture video recordings of a minor under the age of twelve.
