A 38-year-old Upshur County man was arrested in Gregg County on multiple charges. Kenneth Milton Myers, Jr., of Gilmer, is charged with abandoning or endangering a child with criminal negligence and possession of between four and 200 grams of a controlled substance. He is being held without bond on a TDCJ warrant for an undisclosed incident that occurred in May.
