An Upshur County court convicted 48-year-old Rodney Dean Seahorn on two counts of Intoxication Assault for being drunk when he caused a crash that seriously injured a man, his wife, and their unborn child. Seahorn was sentenced to eight years in prison on each count, with the sentences to be stacked. All three victims are still healing eight months after the crash.
