Vaccinations In Texas Expanded To Phase 1B

State health officials have opened up vaccinations to Texans in Phase 1B. It includes Texans 65 years old and older and those with certain medical conditions. The previous group, phase 1A, included healthcare workers and first responders. Texas Governor Greg Abbott and the state’s top health official are urging vaccine providers not to hold doses in reserve to facilitate a rapid distribution.
