Valliant Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

A Valliant, Oklahoma man is being in Choctaw County Jail after his arrest on Child Pornography Charges. Officials arrested Paul Jacob Scarberry, 41, at his job working for the City of Hugo after federal, state and local authorities worked together to get the necessary search and arrest warrants to track him down.
