Van Zandt County Man Sentenced To Life In Prison

A Van Azandt County Court convicted Braylon Diamente Hicks of the murder of Alyssa Beth Flores. Hicks had been arrested after a police chase from Edgewood to Forney. The pursuit was connected to Flores’ death and the kidnapping of a five-month-old baby, who was not injured. Hicks was sentenced to life in prison Monday.
