Accident Kills Woman in McCurtain County

A  23-year-old Bethel woman was killed early Tuesday morning in a crash just east of Battiest in McCurtain County. Oklahoma State Troopers say Chelsea Bayles lost control of her car on a curve left the roadway and struck a utility pole at about 230am.  She was taken to McCurtain County Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Troopers suspect alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
