Paris Man Faces Synthetic Pot Charges

51  year old Ray Lee Ethridge of Paris, was arrested in the 1100 block of NE 11th St when officers were dispatched to a narcotics violation. Officers saw Ethridge passed out on a front porch and found that he was in possession of synthetic marijuana.
