50 year old Eric Wydell Tilley has been sentenced in Hopkins County to 10 years deferred adjudication probation for DWI with prior convictions. As a condition of his probation, he must wear a special ankle monitor that can detect if he has consumed any alcohol. If he violates any terms of his probation, he faces a lengthy prison sentence.
