Upshur County Jail
An Upshur County woman is heading back to prison following her conviction by a jury in Gilmer for engaging in organized crime. A court sentenced 51-year-old Suzanne Johnston to 70 years in prison and fined $10,000. Johnston had a criminal history of 12 convictions in Texas and one in federal court.
