East Texas Man Indicted In Double Motorcycle Fatality

A Smith County Grand Jury indicted a Tyler man involved in a double fatality motorcycle accident. They charged Tommy Joe Allen with two counts of intoxication manslaughter. Toxicology results showed Allen had cocaine in his system at the time of the crash that killed 26-year-old motorcyclist Michael Anthony Gonzalez and Allen’s wife, Susan Pennock Allen.
