City Of Bogata Receives Communities United Grant

The City of Bogata has received a $250,000 grant through Communities United. That organization utilizes funds from the USDA and other federal and state agencies. The money will be used for economic development, health care, access to healthy food and outdoor activities such as parks. City officials say they are planning to apply for more grants in the future for other projects.
