Attorney’s Want Indictments Dismissed Against Accused NE Texas Double Murderer

The Commerce Journal is reporting that attorneys for the man accused of murdering a mother and daughter in Commerce have asked the judge in the case to dismiss the capital murder indictments against him. They allege prosecutorial misconduct, where confidential interviews with defense witnesses were shared with the DA’s office. Tyrone Jamaal Williams faces a possible death penalty if convicted.
