Paris Man Arrested On Multiple Charges

Paris police made a traffic stop in the 300 block of NW 5th and arrested 49 year old  Tony Edward Flatt on an outstanding federal warrant. During an inventory of Flatt’s vehicle, officers located methamphetamine, prescription medications, synthetic marijuana, and marijuana. Flatt was also charged with manufacture/ delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana .
