Woman Indicted For Capital Murder, Kidnapping

A Bowie County grand jury indicted Taylor Parker on capital murder and kidnapping charges. Authorities accused her of killing 21-year-old Reagan Simmons Hancock of New Boston. The kidnapping charge stems from Parker allegedly cutting Hancock’s baby from her womb. She faces a possible death penalty if convicted. She remains in jail under a $5 million bond.
