Texas has filed another lawsuit against the Biden administration, and this one is over a minimum wage requirement. Past cases out of Texas against vaccine and mask mandates have had a lot of backing. However, Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing because President Biden’s executive order requires all federal contractors to pay employees a minimum wage of $15 per hour.
