Paris Sex Offender Wanted By Authorities

Paris Police asks for help locating a registered sex offender who violated his parole. Witnesses last saw 49-year-old Shonson Marcell Smith in Paris on or about Monday, Feb. 7, 2022. Smith is a convicted sex offender charged with indecency with a child by contact.
