A Panola County grand jury on Thursday declined to indict a State trooper who shot and killed a man in Beckville after a chase in February. The grand jury returned a no bill against 27 year old Trooper Daniel McBride in the fatal shooting of 24 year old Calin Roquemore. The incident was investigated by Texas Rangers, and their report will be sent to the US Justice Department.
