Commerce Names New City Manager

The Commerce City Council named 29 year old  Darrek Ferrell to be the new city manager. Ferrell holds a bachelors in Political Science and masters in Public Administration from Texas A&M. His most recent position was as city administrator and economic development director in  Mount Vernon. He succeeds Marc Clayton who retired in February.
