Sulphur Springs City Manager Marc Maxwell

The Texas Downtown Association has honored Sulphur Springs City Manager Maec Maxwell with its Susan H. Campbell Award for Professional Excellence. The award was in recognition of Maxwells efforts in renovating the downtown area and Celebration Plaza.
