East Texas Tax Preparer Sentenced

An East Texas tax preparer is headed to prison. 39 year old Jefferson Kincade of Palestine had pleaded guilty to fraudulent or false statements in a tax return, theft or conversion of money, and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced to 102 months in federal prison and a cash forfeiture of nearly $111,000.
