Man Arrested in Denison on Fannin County Charge

Denison police arrested a man wanted by Fannin County authorities.  Howard Lane had allegedly been riding an ATV on private property near Baiiley, and the property owner called authorities when he refused to leave. Lane was later spotted riding his ATV on CR3310, but managed to evade officers who tried to pull him over. Lane was taken into custody at his workplace.
