Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest

Bond has been set at $5000 for a man stopped by a state trooper for a traffic violation in Hopkins County.  Steven J. Brown was charged with possession of a small amount of a controlled substance when a glass pipe with meth residue was found on his person when he was frisked.
