One Of Two East Texas Brothers Arrested In Beating

Police have arrested one of two brothers wanted in connection with the assault of a man at a gas station in Marshall. Noah Burr surrendered to Harrison County authorities Wednesday for his alleged involvement in the incident and was charged with injury to a disabled person. His brother, Dillon Burr, remains at large.
