Motorcyclist Dies, Suspect Jailed In Hunt County Crash

A motorcyclist was killed Friday night in Greenville when he was hit by a passenger car. Investigators say 60-year-old Larry Derryberry was turning into a private driveway on FM 1903 near the Super Bowl Speedway when he was struck by 23-year-old Kale Malone of Royse City. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Malone was arrested on multiple charges and remains in the Hunt County Jail in lieu of $87,000 bond.
