An Upshur County woman has been ruled mentally incompetent to stand trial in connection with a crash last October that sent her two young boys and two others to the hospital with serious injuries. Tenia Michelle Rose, 33, of Gilmer, has been ordered to undergo psychiatric treatment until she is deemed competent to stand trial on four counts of Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon.
