Arizona Couple Faces Felony Drug Charges in Hopkins County

Sulphur Springs PD Officer Buddy Williams arrested an Arizona couple Wednesday after they were stopped for a traffic violation on I-30.  Further investigation led to the discovery of between 4 and 200 grams of a narcotics and 49 year old Yolanda Annette Collins and 54 year old Tollie Bernon Matthews were charged with 2^nd Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance.
