Upshur County Man Faces Multiple Charges

Longview Police arrested an Upshur County man on multiple charges. They are accusing 38-year-old Brian Scott Kennedy, of Gilmer, of arson and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He remains in the Gregg County Jail.
