An East Texas jury has convicted a Bullard man of Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver. The Cherokee County jury that convicted 46-year-old John Michael Lydy of distributing methamphetamine from his mobile home then sentenced him to life in prison. Prosecutors say Lydy was a habituation offender and a registered sex offender.
