Collin County Man Pleads Guilty To Child Exploitation Violations

Stephen Chase Clark, 21, of McKinney, pleaded guilty to child exploitation violations in the Eastern District of Texas, according to U.S. Attorney Joseph D. Brown Wednesday. According to court documents law enforcement uncovered Clark chatting on social media with an individual he believed to be a minor male. Clark was arrested last Aug. 28, after he went to a location in McKinney where he expected to meet the individual.
