Another “Eyes of Texas” Complaint FIled

They filed a new civil rights complaint about “The Eyes of Texas” alma mater at the University of Texas. The complaint alleges that the university is creating a “hostile environment” for Black students by playing the song at university events. The Texas chapter of the NAACP, the UT-Austin chapter, and a group of anonymous students filed the action.
