Galveston Woman Dies Of Vaping Related Lung Disease

A Galveston woman has become the third person in Texas to die from a lung disease associated with vaping-related illnesses. The woman was 30 to 35 years old. Texas health officials have reported 236 vaping-related illnesses and 55 people have died nationwide.

Fatal Wood County Crash Claims Another Life

The head-on collision on Hwy 37 north of Mineola late last week that claimed the life of 46-year-old Ann Ruth Bates of Quitman has resulted in another death. A seven-month-old boy in Bates’ vehicle died Sunday night at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.  The crash injured three other children.
