Authorities Identify Men Found Dead Near Train Tracks

  Authorities have identified the two men who were found dead near some railroad tracks in Longview. Investigators say 20 year old Dekeilen Joe Nelson of Gilmer and 28 year old Kevin Lorenzo Stephenson of Henderson had been shot to death. Their deaths are being investigated as a double homicide.
