Paris police arrested two local men on outstanding warrants for credit or debit card abuse. 27  year old Don Erwin was taken into custody  in the 1700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. 27 year old Cody Hallman  was taken into custody in the 2600 block of Bonham.
