Plea Agreement For Man Accused Of Murder

An East Texas man charged with murder in 2022 has entered into a plea bargain with Smith County prosecutors. Christopher Henry, 31, of Flint, pleaded guilty to manslaughter for killing Austin Lee Deweerdt, 33. The court sentenced Henry to 12 years in prison.
