Bonham Man Indicted Again In Father’s Death

A Fannin County grand jury indicted 45-year-old Timothy Nichols of Bonham on an additional charge in connection with the fatal shooting of his father. They had previously indicted Nichols for murder, and the latest indictment charges him with manslaughter. A Fannin County jury will decide what charge Nichols is guilty of if they convict him.
