McCurtain County Man Faces Murder, Arson Charges

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrested Mark Stout, 63 years old, of Idabel, for murder and arson. They found his brother, Harold Stout’s body, in a burning house in Idabel. An altercation had occurred between the two brothers leaving Harold dead. Mark is in the McCurtain County Jail.
