A 27-year-old Hugo man is in the Choctaw County Jail for allegedly murdering his father. Deputies received a call about a shooting and found a mobile home on fire. Deputies and a state trooper pulled the deceased man, Rusty Hemingway, from the structure and arrested Gunnar Mathew Hemingway shortly afterward. He’s charged with first-degree Murder. The OSBI is conducting the investigation.
