A Choctaw County man accused of stealing money from his employer earlier this year was sentenced to five years probation Tuesday morning. Chad Phillips of Boswell was also given the option of thirty days in the Choctaw County Jail or thirty days of inpatient rehab. Phillips had been accused of stealing a checkbook from Robinson Construction in Boswell and writing checks to himself for about $12,000. Phillips was also ordered to stay out of all casinos.
