The Texas Constitutional Carry Bill shoots to Governor Abbott’s desk. The Texas House and then the Senate began the week by approving changes agreed on by both chambers. You no longer need a license to carry a gun in Texas nor the training with obtaining a permit. The Governor has said he’ll sign the bill into law, despite the objections from some law enforcement groups who worry it would endanger police and the public.
