Dallas Man Jailed In Rains County After Multi-Agency Investigation

Rains County Investigators, Patrol Officers, Caddo Mills Police, and Wood County Sheriff’s investigators arrested Christian Paul Castillo of Dallas. The Department of Public Safety and the Attorney General’s office also helped in the case. They charged him with Online Solicitation of a Minor, and he has a $300,000 bond in the Rains County Jail.
